Pros

I have been working with this organization for more than 2.5 years, and my overall experience as an employee has been very positive. Throughout my journey, I have faced challenges that have helped me grow professionally, while also receiving numerous opportunities to learn and develop from the very beginning. Apart from work, one of my favorite aspects of the organization is its strong focus on employee engagement. We have sports and cultural events almost every month, which helps employees connect with one another and fosters a strong sense of teamwork and belonging. Additionally, the work-from-home policy has been highly beneficial in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

I believe the working hours could be reduced, as I feel that a 9-hour workday is sufficient for employees to efficiently deliver their targets and maintain productivity.

Pros

Overall I liked working here. I was able to meet a lot of new and fun people. We worked hard but also had fun. I was able to travel and meet new people and clients. I got to teach a lot of people so really good things.

Cons

The bad was our role changed every year. You knew the basic of what was required of you but it changed every year if not in the middle of the year. Bonuses were nice but it took months for them to pay out. Then travel was hard because once again it took so long to get travel expenses back.
