Pros

None to count at all

Cons

Absolute worst company to work with. The managers are nothing but tamed puppets of the management with zero spine or leadership of their own. They don’t care how hard you work, what exceptional value you bring, or how much you outperform others. At the end of the day, only their chamchas and bootlickers get promoted and rewarded with hikes while real performers are ignored. The work culture is straight-up toxic and rotten from the top. Management behaves like it doesn’t even exist, and senior leadership keeps firing random bullets in the air hoping something works. If it does, they take credit. If it doesn’t, they start firing people and blaming employees for poor earnings and their own incompetence. And don’t even make the mistake of giving honest feedback in NPS surveys thinking upper management actually cares. Those puppets will somehow dig out who wrote it, and after that you’ll be treated differently for daring to speak the truth. This company runs on favoritism, politics, fear, and toxicity not talent, hard work, or performance. Anyone joining should seriously think twice before stepping into this mess.

Pros

My team was supportive and did their best.

Cons

Does not set up employees for success. Is fueled by overwork and burnout. Is not honest or consistent in expectations. Employees are leaving at an alarming rate. Management laid off hundreds of people right before Christmas, and it seems now like they are back on the hiring again. This is a huge cycle with them - lay offs, accuse employees of not doing enough, more lay offs, scramble because there's no one to do the work, backtrack the "important" changes like taking away bonuses etc, hire less skilled & often outsourced staff for less money, layoff again. It seems like their newest strategy is to extract as much money from customers and employees as possible to line the pockets of the C level team assembled from cronies of the new CEO.
