Heaven for QA , Hell for developers (Only For Bengaluru office) - Senior Software Engineer PowerSchool Group Employee Review

1. No onsite. 2. Life of developers are in hell here, too too much of work pressure and QA is not responsible for any mistakes made by you, if something fails in PROD then you will be blamed. 3. Computer labs type sitting arrangement, there is no cubical here. 4. Perks are really really less as compared to any other product based company. 5. There is no Job security feeling here. 6. There is no office timing like 9 to 6 or 11 to 8 , you will have to work based on the requirements in USA, No shift allowances if you are asked to work from home. 7. Work From Home is not available for new joiners, even if you ask for it, but if company wants then you will have to work till 1-2 AM daily(no allowances for that also). 8. HR is not able to restrict senior employees to take work from home,managers and leads can take work from home whenever they want. 9. Only QA has the onsite opportunity for 1-2 months but not for developers(This is the biggest level of frustration any developer can get).
