      - Management lacks a long-term foresight - Doesn't consider your mental health - Lots of backstabbing and office politics - Unbearable workload - Unrealistic expectations - Uncooperative colleagues from other departments - Lots of half-baked projects that serve to purpose - Lack of opportunities for growth or promotion

      Pros

      Post merger, both PG and IPP combined command 90% of market share in terms of online property seekers in Malaysia.

      Cons

      Culture and values are very different between two organization. . PG Group too performance driven despite championing as a people-first organization. Most employees resigned in the past 6 months are due to culture and value differences, as well as due to weak people-managers within the org ( good functional skills but weak in leaderships capability)
