      Generous leave policy & nothing to add much

      Cons

      Quest used to be one of the best place when I joined. But it became a nightmare for me and the worst place in the social sector so much so that it affected my mental peace & personal life. And all this happened because of ONE PERSON, who destroyed the entire culture of the organisation and 70% of the employees are unhappy because of her. Still the senior leadership keeps on overlooking the grave situation.

      Pros

      Really solid organization culture with focus on continuous learning and putting people at the center. Very beautiful office in the heart of Bangalore. Some really smart and passionate people leading the program and overall management teams. Strong focus on professional development. Lots of opportunity for travel to the field and implementation experience.

      Cons

      Growing too big too soon has made it a little directionless in recent months.
