1. Very political environment 2. Highly political and "sir" "sir" culture driven 3. Higher management has an issue if you don't bide by their rules and try to suggest changes 4. Master-slave culture propagated 5. Contractors and vendors hired and traveldesk outsourced at inflated costs 7. Top bosses very short sighted and encourage boot lickers 8 . They call themselves a corporate NGO doing social good, where as the truth is they spend huge on top management meetings in resorts every now and then , air travelling for no reason 9. Couple of top bosses are very rude and very very partial in hiring 10. Hike are not according to performance but is relative to being in the good books of the top guy 11. COuntless useless meetings with no ouput
