      - Only the brand name ( which has diluted too in recent years)

      Cons

      - No respect for employees - A few managers think they know all - However, they do not even know the ABC of anything - Worst Management Trainee program - Boot licking culture - Not good for hard working and sincere people - Dominated by sales teams - whimsical people and managers - short term focused - Many redundant roles and teams after restructuring

      Diverse workforce with a lot of exposure and opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Unorganized, no direction, tough culture, layoff women on maternity leave, internal drama, backdoor conversations, leaders use employees or roles as personal stepping stones for their next role
