Pros

2 day wfh Nice colleagues Flexible working hours Nice benefits

Cons

1. Overly Subjective Decision-Making Decisions from leadership often feel pre-determined, based more on personal opinions than on facts or team input. While there’s an appearance of listening, in reality, most discussions end in a top-down call that overlooks thoughtful reasoning. 2. Lack of Clear, Consistent Direction Guidance from management is often inconsistent — shifting from one direction to another with little explanation. Sometimes it feels like decisions are based on a consumer’s gut feeling rather than strategic understanding, even when the target audience isn’t remotely the same. 3. Disorganised Internal Systems Internal processes, data, and documentation are all quite chaotic. It’s difficult to access the right information when needed, and this inefficiency slows everything down. 4. Blurred Responsibilities and Lack of Respect Across Functions Some team leads tend to focus on areas outside their core role, while neglecting their own teams. There’s also a tendency to dismiss the expertise of other functions, which can feel both frustrating and demotivating. 5. Minimal Focus on People Development There’s very little attention given to team members’ growth. People are often treated as just executional support, with no real investment in their learning or career progression. 6. Neglected Work Environment Even basic comfort is being overlooked — for example, the air conditioning has been broken for a while, making the office uncomfortably hot, and yet no action has been taken to fix it. 7. Capability Gaps in Critical Teams Some teams — especially Sales — lack essential business understanding, like negotiation, P&L ownership, or strategic thinking. This weakens both internal collaboration and external performance. 8.Unbalanced Talent Retention Unfortunately, we’ve seen capable, driven team members being let go, while others with limited adaptability or contribution remain. It’s disheartening and sends the wrong message about what’s valued. 9.No Real Sense of Team Culture There’s hardly any effort put into building team spirit or connection. It often feels like it’s just about work — with no space for bonding, creativity, or even basic team engagement.

Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

Cons

Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
