Pros

Work from home is the only one and a decent work-life balance.

Cons

Everything else. Where do i begin? First off, I had an extremely toxic manager. Did not know a thing despite being in the system for 4+ years. Not one hard skill and naturally he was not able to guide me in any meaningful way. But what's worse is that he was extremely toxic. Nitpicking faults, being rude on 1:1s, gaslighting me for the smallest of faults, etc. Colleagues : Totally and utterly unhelpful. You have to harass your fellow workers for them to even answer a basic question you have. Absolutely no teamwork or coordination. My "manager" berated me for suggesting we do a brainstorming call about a topic. You are expected to deliver results individually and will be given close to 0 help for anything. Work : Decent, nothing to brag about. Very clerical and manual work, does not belong in 2026. Progression : There is no way to progress in this company. Takes ages to get promoted from one level to another. And until then, there is no annual salary hikes you can expect. All in all a truly rotten culture, best to avoid this under any circumstances.

Pros

+ Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

Cons

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
