Pros

Really good engineers and good people work here No one bothers you after your work-time No micromanagement

Cons

Management only says to do stuff, does nothing Handlind of the current automotive crisis is horrible by the management Teams are heavily overloaded, without any bonus or new recruitment planned Innovation bundled together into the bonus, even for roles where this is quite impossible (e.g.: technical management roles) Useless trainings provided by upper management Software direction without software mindset and environment

Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback here on Glassdoor. We are glad to hear that you appreciate your colleagues and the work-life balance. At the same time, we take your concerns about the perceived distance of management from the teams and the high workload very seriously. We consider supportive management to be very important for our working culture, and we regret that your experience has not reflected this. If you have any suggestions for improvement, please feel free to contact your supervisor or HR contact person. We’d appreciate to learn more. Thank you! Your Bosch Career Team

Pros

Benefits - Very competitive, some of the best I've ever had. Pay - Spec Techs top out in the lower 40's. The pay is competitive for sure. Overtime - There is a ton of OT available if you want it. I am averaging over 400 hours a year. Upper Management - The Plant Management is amazing. Anytime I have had an issue make it's way up to them, only twice, it was resolved in a matter of days.

Cons

Middle Management - Way too many "trying to move uppers", willing to do ANYTHING to do so.
