      A safe working culture, inclusive and ample work life balance. Great benefits for self and dependents.

      Cons

      Growth can be stifling, it feels too slow for me. Autonomy is mistaken for managers not knowing what job to give to subordinates, therefore most associates goes around finding things to do instead.

      Pros

      Benefits - Very competitive, some of the best I've ever had. Pay - Spec Techs top out in the lower 40's. The pay is competitive for sure. Overtime - There is a ton of OT available if you want it. I am averaging over 400 hours a year. Upper Management - The Plant Management is amazing. Anytime I have had an issue make it's way up to them, only twice, it was resolved in a matter of days.

      Cons

      Middle Management - Way too many "trying to move uppers", willing to do ANYTHING to do so.
