Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback here on Glassdoor. We are glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility and the benefits provided. We regret to read your comments about a lack of alignment between departments and a micromanaging culture. We strive to create a harmonized and supportive work environment where our policies are clear and every associate feels valued. Regarding your point on remuneration, we consider not only a good remuneration but also further career opportunities and supportive management to be very important for our working culture. If you have any suggestions for improvement, please feel free to contact your supervisor or HR contact person. Thank you! Your Bosch Career Team

Pros

Benefits - Very competitive, some of the best I've ever had. Pay - Spec Techs top out in the lower 40's. The pay is competitive for sure. Overtime - There is a ton of OT available if you want it. I am averaging over 400 hours a year. Upper Management - The Plant Management is amazing. Anytime I have had an issue make it's way up to them, only twice, it was resolved in a matter of days.

Cons

Middle Management - Way too many "trying to move uppers", willing to do ANYTHING to do so.
