401K, insurance, pensions, compensation, resources available

Cons

Training is very tribal with minimal documented SOPs or previous coworkers acting as gatekeepers to info (some gladly share and others take out their gripes on the new guy/gal). Department collaboration depends solely on your manager/director/VP and their "philosophy" of info sharing. Some departments do not like each other and will actively try to sabotage each other with no/poor info while others will implement unrealistic timeframes for work to be completed and then repeatedly escalate until resolved. Minimal buy-in from leadership (regional and global) on actually improving business model as nearly obsessed with presenting data and dashboards while maintaining status quo. When extraordinary growth targets provided, regional expertise almost always ignored in favor of historic approaches from Germany or leadership origins (largely Brazil for MA). Ego and arrogance plagues almost entire leadership structure and will be downfall to aggressive business plans

Pros

Benefits - Very competitive, some of the best I've ever had. Pay - Spec Techs top out in the lower 40's. The pay is competitive for sure. Overtime - There is a ton of OT available if you want it. I am averaging over 400 hours a year. Upper Management - The Plant Management is amazing. Anytime I have had an issue make it's way up to them, only twice, it was resolved in a matter of days.

Cons

Middle Management - Way too many "trying to move uppers", willing to do ANYTHING to do so.
