I'm writing an honest review about Rockwell Automation, please consider before you join here. I was working in Rockwell for 7 years, i was always a good Performer. This year 2024 was very bad for me and Rockwell Too. They had to Layoff 900 Employees Globally. This is due to Financial Crises / Losses. These employees were not given any Notice not even a day. I was called in the office by my manager and HR and they told me to leave the laptop and Go. This was very shocking. This is the Worst treatment a company can ever give to their employees who have spent more than 7 years. I was always a good performer. still there was no Empathy towards me. I have been Deeply Hurt by the behavior of the company - HR and Management. The was whey have handled this was very rude as if we have done some Crime.

2024 is the worst year of Rockwell as they have layoff 900 employees Globally. Poor Management Poor HR No empathy towards employee. Rude behavior of management. pls consider these reviews before you join here as I myself have face this. No Appraisals, no Bonus from last 2 years
