Pros
They have money to afford good equipment and software.
Cons
This company likes to hire a diverse workforce which is in and of itself ok, but when there is bias shown to foreign workers because managers are from the same country diversity can go wrong. I wasn't welcome to work at this company, programmers were over worked and over stressed, the programmer who "showed me the ropes", told me several lies and misinformation from day one, ridiculous then she happily exclaimed that they were dropping a project on me she gave up on. I worked the project to the delight of upper management because I was getting somewhere on the project, the other fat lazy programmer that introduced me to the company was doing everything she could to put me down with IT management when they realized I was making a break through, they even went as far as trying to sabotage my work... worst place to work ever unless your an Asian woman.
