I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before joining this organization.

At times, there seems to be a perception of favoritism when it comes to spot awards and recognition. While the intent to reward employees is appreciated, having more transparent and clearly defined criteria for such awards could help ensure fairness and boost overall morale.
