Pros
The barrier to entry is low, as they always need replacements
Cons
Please do not be fooled just because it's a popular company. - Outdated company culture, incompetent "dinosaurs" getting promoted instead of people who do the real work. Imagine boomers in the office yelling and lecturing anyone like it's the 1980s. Working here is like walking on egg shells. - Non-flexible company. No work life balance as they do not allow WFH at all. Everything is bureaucratic and rigid. Everything needs approval from at least 4 levels of upper management. Everything in the office is blocked like you're in prison - Turnover rate is high. Office politics is high which creates a tense and toxic office environment. Such a shame. - Lack of diversity. The company is run by 2 major race. And English is not even the first language used in the company. So expect to hear non-English speakers most of the time. Most people speak and send emails in broken English - HR systems are so bad because they outsource it, many things are done manually and employees are required to clock in with their cards minimum 9 hours a day. Work timesheets are sent to employees monthly to please micro managers.
