Of course you are a platinum partner...now. Any company would be if they hounded their employees about billable hours and obtaining certifications for partner points on a daily basis. Supervisor dodges you for your one-on-one meetings instead of providing constructive feedback to help further your career and growth within the company. If you value feedback like I do, avoid this company.
