Pros

No pros at all with this org.

Cons

Extremely toxic organization with poor leadership, zero employee empathy, and no professional work culture. The company operates more like a Lala company than a corporate setup, with favoritism and unrealistic expectations. 1. Toxic, Centralized Leadership Style The organization follows an extremely centralized leadership model where few persons dominate decision-making. Leaders show little emotional intelligence or respect toward employees. Aggressive behavior such as yelling or public pressure is normalized and defended as “working style,” creating a stressful environment with no sense of safety or respect. 2. Complete Absence of Onboarding and Knowledge Sharing The company has no structured onboarding or training mechanism whatsoever. New engineers are dropped directly into complex systems without documentation, architectural overviews, or any form of knowledge transfer. There is an unrealistic expectation of immediate delivery with zero guidance. Even fundamental basics such as reliable equipment, an induction plan, or initial orientation are neglected, setting employees up for failure from day one. 3. Extremely Weak HR & Employee Policies HR is highly ineffective and fails to address employee issues in a timely or meaningful manner. Policies are not employee-friendly, with multiple ways to deduct salary. There is no structured grievance handling and no support system for employees. 4. Inexperienced Managers in Positions of Power Many people with 3 years of overall experience are placed into manager roles. Despite limited exposure, they behave as if they have complete authority over everything technical decisions, timelines, and people. This results in micromanagement, poor judgment, and a lack of understanding of real engineering challenges. 5. Poor Infrastructure & Overall Employee Experience Basic facilities are lacking no proper cafeteria, poor washroom conditions, and uncomfortable work environment. Training is nonexistent, and the communication culture is weak. Overall, there is nothing positive to highlight about the employee experience.

Pros

The company has cracked a good business model in a difficult industry. They have a couple of things going right for them.

Cons

They don't respect their employees, have an in-experienced tech team that is terrible at execution. One of the founders has the memory of a gold fish and views employees as a disposable resource. The culture is extremely toxic and one could be fired any day for reasons that make no-sense for rational people. Suitable for people who do not value their own mental health. Company is in its never seen before growth stage and the newly hired managers will not think twice before putting you under the bus to save their own face.

Pros

Great startup environment with opportunities to take ownership and make an impact. • Supportive and approachable colleagues who are willing to help when needed. • Exposure to multiple aspects of business development, partnerships, and fintech.

Cons

The onboarding and training process could be more structured, especially for new joiners. • Learning is largely self-driven, requiring employees to proactively understand products, processes, and industry dynamics. • Documentation and knowledge-sharing can be improved to help new employees ramp up faster.
