      Work-life balance is good . Some projects are good

      Cons

      No Transparency in Management. Below Average salary. Still waiting for salary hike for 2023 and a Bonus. They should at least have the courtesy to declare a date or declare that this year, there is no hike/bonus. No personal/professional growth

      Pros

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Cons

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
