      Leadership really encourages you to grow and excel. From day one you are treating like a person and not just a number. They really value every team members input.

      The only con is that I didn't start my career her 15 years ago. :)

      The pay, the hours, benefits are ok especially if you are trying to get pregnant or adopt.

      Cons

      no support, no continuing education. Lots of re-organizations going on due to M&A.
