Cons
Sometimes unrealistic deadlines and overly stressful situations over the most miniscule tasks or issues. Experience can vary greatly depending on the client you work on. During 2025, Publicis was having some pretty critical issues in their hiring process, where great candidates would be at the stage of a pending offer letter, but "due to the needs of the company", these candidates would be strung out, sometimes for months at a time, until offer letters could be approved. They may have since changed the hiring process so that only roles with approved salary ranges are recruited for but be wary. Hybrid schedule is completely arbitrary and isn't as flexible as it might first seem.
