Good Product which attracts the clients in the first place. The company has a few standout leaders who embody the true spirit of a Sprinklrite. In my earlier roles here, multiple managers provided excellent mentorship, focused on employee development, and genuinely helped me learn and grow.
Cons
Unfortunately, regional middle management—particularly in certain teams in India—suffers from a highly transactional, BPO-style mindset. There is a severe culture of micro-management that severely impacts employee well-being and morale. Attrition is notably high; I have witnessed multiple senior colleagues leave specifically due to this unhealthy leadership approach.More recently, the professional behavior within my specific reporting line has deteriorated. I have experienced instances of public reprimands and disrespectful communication from leadership in front of peers. Certain managers seem heavily focused on short-term visibility and metrics, completely neglecting basic professional boundaries and mutual respect.
