Worst management - Manager Starcom Worldwide Employee Review

The upper management sucks, they dont know how to manage team or client, people with no knowledge are being hired to do digital marketing, no appreciation, zero team integrity. The people sitting at avp and director positions have no sense of work process. The internal working process are so complicated that it is more time consuming to get even simple work done. No growth opportunities, lot of people leave within time of 6 months because the work culture is too toxic. Feels like govt. office. Its only backed by publicis for namesake, nothing there represents the company is MNC. Wont recommend anyone to join there and degrade their career.
