Very poor work ethics - Anonymous employee Technovert Employee Review

My career started here and the opportunities I got working on new technologies is a dream. So much flexible on projects and everyone get exposure to multiple roles and interaction with clients. Every project we get opportunity to work on different technologies. The product line up given me opportunity to think beyond and submit ideas. Company for opportunities to explore.

Internal process can be improved. It is expected in small companies.

The old company Technovert underwent a split and all the old baggage is now gone. I like the new company Tezo. Technically competent leadership.

The fun element is missing and need to be revived again. Most new projects are in AI. Need projects in full stack product engineering too.
