      Pros

      There is chaos and there is freedom, there is serious work and there is innovation; there is a rhythm in the environment. Learning and exposure are great for candidates looking for a launchpad - no one will stop you if the exploration bug has bitten you. Impact is huge - given we are all solving real life business problems and creating an impact for our clients; its all seen in the action clients take!

      Cons

      Some processes need to be put in place to add method to the madness. If you are looking for a 9am to 5pm job, then this is not the place to be.

      Very supportive culture. Company’s got your back. Managers and directors are very open and supportive.

      Pros

      Good employer-employee relation maintained. Management take efforts in up skilling employees very often.

      Cons

      Risky job stability as people will let go if there any no projects alloted on time. Unstable for employees on visa. Would not recommend! You will have to reach out to people across teams to land on a single project. Opportunities often given to favored people.
