Pros

Good understanding of health requirements both mentally and physically, reasonable working hours and relaxed attitude to working from home.

Cons

The expectations set upon a worker is heaped in piles that build up over time. with a lack of management software and task allocation in use, it is easy for the management to overload the team with unfeasible amounts of work. The office contains senior members of staff who are bullish and sometimes even quite passionately aggressive when targets aren't met or when they feel you may be stepping on there toes. Progression method is designed to make progressive deliberately staggered by targeting one individual at a time.
