Pros

Non salary benefits especially pension remain excellent. Internal training on AI is good.

Cons

The practice of radical candour is driving a culture of bullying and dominating behaviour hidden under a performance culture language. Salaries for trained professionals that are capable of working across multiple industries lag significantly. Flexible working for parents is non existent. Hybrid working is almost gone. Sustainability is an unfunded distant memory actively discouraged by senior management.

Pros

Love the people, great mentors, wonderful team members. Very welcoming office and great relationships. I love coming to work!

Cons

Under resourced and underpaid for the skills I bring to the table, which contributes to retention issues

Pros

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!

Cons

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
