Pros

Nothing exceptional, at least in my experience. Company 401k match was 9% after your first year

Cons

I worked in the finance department. I was expected to work until 12 am at least 25% of the time. During year end, my team was working until 9 am the next day which I extremely refused. I was terminated for not meeting expectations. Sure I don’t meet the expectations to work until 10 pm everyday let alone 36 consecutive hours

Pros

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!

Cons

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
