Pros

Compensation is the biggest pro. The second biggest pro is the brands you get to work on are great and often loved by consumers. You all have access to a lot of tools and resources.

Cons

Complete lack of culture is the biggest con of that is something that is important to you, it boils down to who is on your team. Second biggest con is the organizational mess from all the re-orgs and typical corporate bs. Last is there is very little room for promotional growth or clear career paths.

Pros

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!

Cons

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
