Pros

Work culture : they maintain MNC Standard Work-Life Balance : depends on your Manager Working Hours : 8:30 hrs

Cons

1. Nothing new to learn. Not many Projects or working. Spend your time in waiting for Projects. 2. Resigning is a crime here. your contribution/Performance goes into the dustbin when you put your papers. So that you will not get Variable pay Their policies are carefully formed so the for emplyees who are leaving will be at maximum monitory loss. Variable pay is 15 to 20 % of your salary ... which you will lose when you resign. even if you have served the whole year for which the performance will be considered. You are performance falls to zero when you resign so that they can pay you to zero as your variable pay. 3. Leave Policies: for the first year, you will get zero privilege leave. So whenever you will leave you will not get encashment of the leaves for that whole year. 4. They won't give a new year kit( even it is of negligible value), or goodies and will postpone Team lunches and dinners - just to avoid paying for people on notice period. as you are of no use to the company anymore. Even they take back stationery given to you, on last day.

Pros

Ability to position your ideas to leadership and have your voice heard.

Cons

The industry is growing at a torrid pace and urgency is key - this means that customer expectations for responses are immediate and with a large company, sometimes it can take a while to get the correct answer.

Pros

The people on my team and the teams we worked with are talented, smart, and collaborative. Probably the best team I’ve ever worked on, and both of the managers I had were wonderful! Generous benefits. Nice environment.

Cons

Upper management, VP and C-suite level treat employees, especially IT infrastructure and support employees, like lower-class citizens. The demand to do more, faster, and better is constant, and everyone is burnt out and demoralized. It keeps getting worse. There are more and more projects getting piled on IT every day, but they don’t hire the people who are needed. You feel overwhelmed constantly and there is always a new urgent thing. It’s very draining.
