      Pros

      No Pros at all. Disgusting HR team and top management

      Cons

      1. They hired a consultant who doesn't even have any relevant experience and keeps on giving useless ideas making a fool of founders. 2. Bonuses are not paid by giving baseless excuses and they don't even have the audacity to tell you that 3. Recruitment is so messed up that they fire every manager within 3 months and then they come to the team with made-up excuses saying the person wasn't capable enough 4. Worst of all is the company's CHRO. Totally clueless about anything going on in the company. She is the wife of one of the founders and has no independent thinking of her own. 5. There is no proper hike and performance review system

      Pros

      Being part of a startup definitely has its challenges. If you're someone who needs systems & policies & procedures to all be in place, you should probably look elsewhere. But if you understand that you'll be part of building a business, the rewards will definitely outweigh everything else. I've worked with several startups in my time & I feel blessed to be part of this team. Wobot is a great company with an amazing product and we're only going to get better!

      Cons

      At this stage, Wobot might have a couple of growing pains here & there but that's normal and they shouldn't be mistaken for "cons".
