Title sums it up all in one , however to breakdown some of the great reasons to work at Wurth Canada you can focus on 3 topics. People , Culture and Opportunity. The people at Wurth Canada are the connections, friendships and Mentoring relationships you make along the way and being one of many Famliy companies the diversity is massive with International colleagues and National. A lot of these connections exceeding the space of Wurth in some instances where colleagues have moved on to retirement , business ventures or another company. The culture has had a massive turn for the positive in the past 3 years with a focus on the people aspect of the company and a High Performance pivot for success in all areas. Last but not least opportunity, if at all in any of my previous employers there has not been a greater option for opportunity within a company in terms of career advancement and specializing. I have seen fellow colleagues and experienced my self the ability to move into other areas of interest or specializing and not only that the option to look at moving geographically within Canada or to one of our International companies. Yes no one company is perfect, and we have all experienced that with current and past employers, and Wurth is no exception. But the guiding vision and what is being put in place for future employees is miles ahead of anyone out there , and what has been done in the years following covid by the Wurth family speaks volumes in regards to the importance of the people and their families, mine being one of them.
