Pros

You'll be seeing the same pros, all over the reviews, nothing 'pro' about the actual work/product/growth and satisfaction. Great Work-Life Balance: -Most of the tasks are outright pathetic, not worth the effort/thinking. -Most of the tech stack is something one wouldn't want to touch with a stick. -Generic nonsense about cafeterias/other 'perks'. The Work: -Varies from team to team. -I managed to at least find exciting tasks/domains to explore and extract as much learning/knowledge I could from the masters in the domain. -Some teams/sub-teams do most of the heavy lifting while others just leech.

Cons

"Cons" -The whole org seems to be running a very long con. -Mergers after mergers, Renames/Rebrands -Sudden 'planned' team-wide layoffs/outsourcing, and then randomly re-joining the offshored team. Almost as if there is no actual planning happening. Additional Facts: -Hikes: The org did NOT pay out a hike for the 2020 fiscal year citing various excuses. This should be a RED flag enough if you are joining based off the MNC/Tech/Software labels. -Some people did get the hikes based on whatever criteria. -Lack of transparency, ethics and standards. -Politics galore -Company just had a Merger/Acquisition(s) and is still open to splitting itself and selling off it has 2 entities. Kindly upvote if you found this useful/caution worthy.

Pros

Supportive and talented teammates, strong work-life balance, and a high level of autonomy. You’re trusted to own your work and gain meaningful, hands-on experience.

Cons

Recent leadership changes and widespread layoffs, including most of the UX and research team, significantly impacted morale and culture. Collaboration across global time zones could be challenging, and compensation was not competitive for Bay Area roles. The environment became less welcoming under new management.
