The strategy is also haphazard with a number of products from various acquired firms over the years and they don’t seem to know which one to focus on. Either that or it’s a catch and kill philosophy, where they acquire you and basically ignore or then let your hard-earned product die on the vine.
They continue to hire overseas which is absolutely fine, but in this case it’s more to slowly replace what they appear to consider the overpaid staff who helped build the company to what it is, and do so without any acknowledgment.
I am still in touch with a lot of folks who work there and the majority are also looking for a way out, which is sad considering how tight knit we all were at various points in the past.
