Amazing teammates prior to acquisition, 401k matching
Cons
There is no unlimited PTO, it’s “flex PTO” which really just means 4 weeks. Cross functional teams don’t want to work together and people are more than willing to throw you under the bus. Leadership does not value client relationships and supervisors are really just glorified babysitters. It’s all fire drills for no reason. They have a bunch of DEI initiatives but don’t care about elevating people of color.
