      Pros

      They're very remote forward and work hours are decent.

      Cons

      Constantly hiring and firing people - very layoff heavy. Will lie and tell you that layoffs are due to budget reasons but will still hire new members for the team. Skills you learn are also very niche as a lot of the tech is proprietary.

      Pros

      Amazing work life balance. Company really cares about making a difference in their offerings as well as outside of their 9 to 5.

      Cons

      People love the company so much they don't have much churn. Can be less opportunities to grow upwards (at least on the finance side).
