      They will give you the salary you asked for but they will fire you as soon as they hire you

      They have hired and fire policy.belive me guys this will not look good on your resume and will also impact your carrier. There in no proper good management at all. just for the sake they say they are employees centric which is not true at all. Actually they are client centric and if they receive even single bad feedback about you from the client. They will not give you any training or room for improvement infact will fire you in the first impression. Also they will not do justice to your full and final settlement.they will try to cut down your salary In every possible way. Please think not twice but thrice before joining this company

      Pointers which was Like:- In my tough time (Covid) The Enfuse trust me and given opportunity to work that was a memorable thought I remember ever in my life. Salary would be credited on time and if its late then the Enfuse team let us know prior. Week-off policy was good and we can spent more time with our family.

      As I reflect on my experience working at EnFuse Solutions I must acknowledge that no organization is perfect and there are areas where the company can improve one aspect that I find challenging in the fast paced and often demanding work environment while I thrive in dynamic settings I recognize that this can sometimes lead to increased stress levels and long Working Hours
