Pros

Work from home, good pay

Cons

Layoffs I just joined on feb 2020, they terminated me on April 2020. Simply said organisation restructuring. Please, don't join here even they pay you high package.

Pros

Perfect place to retire. Flexibility on timing and on your wish WFH. Paymaster if you are in right team under right manager and his pet. Friendly top techies with sound knowledge.

Cons

Hire and Fire is Extremes prolonged Moto. They dont have a vision lately after 2013 what they do is Just buy some bankrupt division of a company and manipulate the share market. Management with no clue of why they bought that company will give all the authority to the peoples from the acquired companies. Those peoples only intention is fire the other legacy redundant team. And thats what is happening in Extreme. Buy give every authority to them they will fire all the top talents who are politically their competitors and buy another company they will do the same for these guys. Its just a company with bunch of senior citizens playing politics. Freshers and entry level guys stay away. You cant make a dime if you are not in the right team and ofcourse right manager. Manager is everything here it all depends on whom you end with.
