For the rest, initially they will be asked use their paid leaves and if it gets exhausted then they have put LoP which means no pay not even a single penny. Apart from these they are also firing people. To be precise, if you are in project you will be paid if not no payment. Is it the fault of any employee or the company for not assigning any work? Employees can understand if there is a reasonable pay cut uniformly in the organisation due to Covid-19 crisis but not paying anything is the worst because how can an employee manage their rents, loans, expenses, bills, fees, EMIs. Since the lockdown (20 March), the above drastic decisions were taken by the management and have no idea how long it’s going to continue. If the chips are down you will be left in cold P.S . The way they handled WFH was complete mess, unprofessional and mismanaged.
