Pros

"NONE" WOULD BE THE PERFECT WORD.

Cons

Mark my word its all real: 1. No good salary 2. No good work-life balance 3. Forget about the PMS cycle, as everything here is delayed so much so that, employee are thankful that at least they're getting their salaries. 4. No hike even for 2-3 years 5. Performance review is a joke. 6. Canteen is infested with all kind of insects and provide you food for diarrhea. 7. They are really good with cost cutting, and please remember when the CEO arrives in India that is once in every quarter, he gets a royal treatment, making us believe all the cost cuttings are just for the employees. For instance; we don't get toilet rolls, no coffee or tea in the machines, water is not purified coz the purifier does not work, no employee engagement activity coz no money for reward/awards, No AC at peak summer weather, no team lunch/dinner policy, no even our own performance variable from last almost 1 and half year. 8. HR is a joke itself, if you really want to see how to get paid without doing anything. Please come and watch these people. More-so, they will make the management believe they doing a really good job, but in reality they try to hide from the employee to not answer the question about the variables, salary or PMS cycle results. 9. People who left the organization please do not expect any FnF, as you are officially now dead to the company, they will not reply to your mails, acknowledge that you exist and will not entertain any inquiry your have for the money they owe you. Please do not waste your life asking about FnF. Please who left more than a year ago are still begging to the HR for this. 10.AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PART, THE COMPANY WILL NOT PAY YOU YOUR VARIABLE AMOUNT IF YOU HAVE LEFT THE COMPANY, IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY ARE DELAYING EVERYTHING FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR. BUT IF YOU RESIGN COMPANY WILL NOT PAY YOU WHAT IN REALITY IS PART OF YOUR CTC. AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU ARE BASICALLY A FOOL. 11. They are forcing current employees to write good reviews. Please do not trust the recent good reviews, those are words put in employee's mouth.

At the outset, we would like to say that our employees are the most valuable assets to us and we are always concerned on their growth and welfare. It is really heartening to say that Fulcrum has many satisfied employees who have been with company for longer duration, started their career and grown to higher managerial levels. There are Fulcrum ex-employees who have come back and joined us for a second innings, compared to the growth and environment outside the company. It will not be wrong to say that these employees would not have continued with the company if we had not given the right culture and growth platform. It does not mean that Fulcrum is not open to any constructive criticism, listening to our employees, we have introduced a lot of changes which improve the work culture, Work/life balance for our employees. To name a few, Fulcrum has brought in changes like the payment of variable bonus con-currently paid on monthly basis (very few or almost non are offering in the Indian market), introduced ICDP (Integrated Career Development Program), providing learning opportunities to employees in niche technology areas like RPA, Virtual Reality, Machine Learning and Predictive analysis related projects. We have been successfully launching SaaS based products in Supply chain, Food and Education domain, which helps some our employees to transform their career in Product engineering. As all our employees/ex-employees know that Fulcrum continue to conduct cultural events (Tandem), Cricket league (Fulcrum Premier League), 5K races and other sports events, and encourages employees to form hiking/trekking clubs etc., Fulcrum being a global company, provides opportunities to our employees to travel abroad and expose them to different cultures, ways of life and work experiences. It has been heart wrenching to see how employees have come forward and participated in Corporate social responsibilities, tree plantation, brain injured child cause, donation of computers and accessories to schools in villages, teaching at orphan school, cleaning drive, many more which continues and we are continuously increasing our activities in community services. We can go on to respond point by point on this review, but if one looks at the points raised, we can easily come to the conclusion that these are very subjective views and differs with each one. Take for example the first point about “No good salary” — really difficult to come to a view on "what is good salary" and "what is not”. Since our inception we have been practicing appraisal policy, every year employees receive their increment in salaries as per their performances. Many employees have grown from developer to Delivery Manager and VP at Fulcrum, it would have not been possible if they did not receive “good salary”. For employees, to let out the grievances, we conduct regular feedback surveys, town-hall meetings and continue to improve ourselves after weighing the feedbacks from all stake holders. We are committed to continuously bring best environment where employees can thrive and unleash their potential."

Pros

Good company for so called loyalists who are posting fake reviews on Glassdoor. Stop just stop please. Its a hiring season so obviously people will check glassdoor for reviews.

Cons

listing cons would be like writing an encyclopedia. But some highlights * Forget variable pay. Forget variable pay is even part of your CTC, because they are never gonna give it. * I had rarely seen anyone getting promoted in this organization. * No good projects. This company is so desperate for money that it is also taking website designing projects from very small companies. * Organisation doesn't have money to even repair ACs, so good luck sitting in the hot. * No canteen (earlier it used to be) * No team parties except for the annual event and that too in canteen. * HR team is only there for sending birthday mails. so good luck getting any help from them.
