Pros

Good people, seniors are friendly and approachable, opportunity to work with big clients. Travel reimbursement is provided. You can leave 30 mins early 5times/month without a pay cut.

Cons

No job security. You can and will be replaced anytime. 2 years of bond is present, where they ask you to submit your original documents, which you will receive only after your 2-year tenure is complete or if they lay you off. If you quit before your 2 years are completed, you will have to wait till the 2-year mark is hit before you receive your documents. The company can lay you off and waive your notice period and won't pay you the compensation even tho the agreement says they have to. Salary will be late 9/10 times. There is clear favouritism among the upper management. Not enough space is available to sit in the office now due to overhiring, so if you get shortlisted, you will definitely have a hard time finding a fixed desk. WiFi is slow. AC doesn't work in all rooms - people would complain daily about this. The water cooler in the pantry area doesn't have very clean water - it might have improved by now.

Pros

If you're looking to stall before getting a proper job. This is probably a good place to do it. You get the freedom to learn something and get some cash before you move on. You also learn some stuff about insurance which might come in handy if you choose to get insurance at your second job. There are only 5 people who are actually talented in the company and I have the good fortune of working alongside them. If you do decide to work here choose to work in the EB (Employee Benefits) team. It is manageable while you upskill and apply to better jobs. There is no dress code. It is near the local railway station. You lose your fresher tag.

Cons

The first thing that comes to mind is the salary and it is also the main reason why people leave. I managed to negotiate a better than average salary (mainly because I already had a high paying sales job) but my colleagues all got the shortend of the stick because they were "freshers". Their salary for backend freshers is 12.5k/month. It is astoundingly low for the amount of work expected but it is better than being unemployed, I guess. They take a (blatantly illegal) 2 year bond by holding on to your graduation documents from tenth grade and up. Most of the daily communication is in Hindi/Marathi. There is no onboarding, documentation, or playbook that is standard in other companies. Fyntune has over 200 employees and the culture is still like a startup in a garage. Some older employees have an overinflated ego. The notice period is 1 week while on probabtion and 3 months after your probation period ends.
