Management Hire and fire company HR is useless doll Useless Process No aim but high requirement Yes sir to Manager No training No help No development GEP will kill your personal life If lucky to will go out otherwise you will be thrown out Writing con's doesn't require thinking, but writing good you keep on wandering Please never join this company

No dress code (not that a BPO company needs one)

Cons

Consulting is fake, mostly a BPO company & occasionally an offshore delivery company. Not so good work timings. Appraisal system is garbage. There is a lot of politics in this. Middle management is pathetic.

1. Only team members are good 2. Good for the people other than technology (Dev/QA) team.

Cons

1. No work and personal life balance 2. If you are married get ready for divorce 3. If you are unmarried, Better stop thinking of marriage till you are out of GEP 4. If you stay alone, Ask management to provide a room in Office , Because people will always find you in office. 5. No Value to your work 6. Hikes will be 3 to 4 % (Sorry to say hike,its a tip) 7. Stop hoping about the Weekend. you need to dedicated to GEP 24/7 8. If you say your manager, that you are about to die & you cant work in a weekend , he will say, Can you die after completing this task ?
