      Pros

      Culture - I have experienced a friendly environment till the time I was with HCL. yes, not everyone can be good but definitely work culture was good. Management - I can bet that I have experienced the best management ever in my past experience.

      Cons

      workload - in terms of workload I can say I felt some partialities and discrimination as female employees gets the more favour whether it's work or compensation.
