      This would not be the company anybody would ever thought to work with in their entire career.

      Pros

      There is nothing good at this company. They hired whole team of 28 people having a good and secured job with great compensation from their former employer and laid off the whole team within 4 months as there was no SLA (Service Level Agreement) signed between the company and their clients means basically without having any project they hired 28 people from market and laid off the whole team claiming they couldn't get the project. There is no job security and no one will listen to your mails and or no one will respond to your calls neither your manager nor the higher management and not even anyone from the HR team. The HR guys over here are are also not going to listen and there is no employee friendly policies.

      If you want to destroy your career, join this organization. They are the best in this business.

      Cons

      1- Pathetic and biased Management from top to bottom. 2- Illiterate HRBP's and HR management. 3 - One of the worst company policies, I have seen. 4- No appraisals, even though you have been rated 5 out of 5 in your performance reviews. Also, you will not be rated based on your performance but based on your manager's choice, which means managers are GOD here. 5 - No opportunities, whatsoever how well you performed, or your capabilities, but you will get the best if you belong to a special region. 6- 90 days notice period proves that you are slaves, not employees. This is not the frustration but the truth only. DON'T PLAY WITH YOUR CAREER
