Pros

A Part of Hinduja Group - (this is what attracts people over this place, but it never the same as how they promise.) Fat Pay!!!! For Lean work or No Work :-)

Please do read the cons section of all the reviews it will give you a great idea where the company is heading to. Zero Professionalism High Attrition very less customers job security is nil. NO variable Pay NO Appraisal

Pros

*) Inside City limit ,flexible timings *) Good Place for ex-satyam managers *) Resources can be added and company can run with out any profits. *) Funded by Hinduja (only thing which can attract employee)

Cons

*) Worst HR Policy,even after three years company don't have any period/time frame for appraisals *) IT services is running with 'n' number of satyam managers and top management peoples and not able to generate even a single penny of profit. *) Worst manager group that i have seen in my one decade IT career. *) Become a second home for satyam manager ,please take people based on merit rather than friends,relatives n collegues. *) Worst Pre sales team, not able to bring even a one million project for IT services for past three years. Doing projects for amounts like 4,lakhs ,7 lakhs and 10 lakhs. Even so many start ups are doing 1000 times better than us

- Located inside the City - Established Network - New facilities

Cons

- Archaic style of Management. - Overloaded Top Management whose inexperience in running a company is very much evident. Presidents, Vice-Presidents and Associate Vice-Presidents total to 60 members, yielding little or no results, but take home most of the revenues. - Poor management structure. Older and merged Ashok Leyland SBU units were greatly disturbed with new management systems that are hurting the growth. - IT and ERP yet to any revenues while rest of teh industry is growing in revenues. - Non existing and dis-functional Marketing team. - Do not bother-me attitude of Human Resource department who handles only resignations and hiring lame talents on fat pay packets. - No interaction between top management and middle management. - Unwanted global offices filled with Ex-Sathyam employees, just enjoying the travel perks and overseas on-site compensation benefits. - Large disparities in Pay scale. Pay scale difference for the same level ranges in the ratio of 1:4. - Losing fast many talented and experienced employees. - Recently recruited Graduate Engineer Trainees, left untrained and non-billed. - Bad management policies showing signs of collapse, leaving the company with no funds to pay bonuses, appraisals and travel reimbursments.
