      1. Great place to learn and grow. 2. There are so many opportunities where you can excel if you have the capability to do. 3. Ideas are always welcome. 4. Hard work, dedication, and talent are always recognized. 5. The work culture provides you to envision an end to end solution which this company develops. 6. Always enable you to think of new and out of box solutions for the customer. This enable you to learn new technologies and skills.

      Cons

      There is no shortcut here, you need to have patience and prove your worth by learning the product, domain and keep upgrading yourself to stand out from the crowd. So if you are looking for easy job, this is not for you!!

      HTS Bangalore - All is not well

      Pros

      Friendly colleges and average technology adoption Used to be employee friendly until 2014.

      Cons

      If you throw a stone in HTS campus it'll hit a manager or program manager for sure. Company is filled with inefficient managers and most of the talented employees already left the company due to politics. Leaders talk a lot about innovation culture and when it comes to new technology or training they wash of their hand. Leader's in HTS are only good at power point presentation .They are more worried about HOS,Kaizen and process a than project . No transparency in hiring process. Recruitment team is outsourced and they give importance only to external consulting firms.Refers are only for name sake here. Cafetaria food is horrible and no action taken to improve it. Operation team members bully the cafeteria vendor and get free food/meals/juice. Don't get trapped by brand name. worked here for 6.5 years.

      During the covid 19 period, they shook us down for money and then fired us

      Pros

      Some of my bosses were fantastic, the knowledge my colleagues had was so good that getting with don't was a breeze

      Cons

      Ruthless and cynical management - cut raises during Covid-19, asked us to take unpaid weeks off to "avoid layoffs" and after the furloughs got done, turned around and fired us to "meet quarterly targets" and gave folks with 10+ years of experience about 6m of severance and less than that was about 2 months. just lovely. Looking forward to actually working here again like I'm looking forward to a brain tumor
