      I have never seen such a worst HR in my life they don't know how to deal with people.if clearly told about my notice period but after all round and after taking one month they are saying notice period is a problem.

      Pros

      * Company gives good hike for 1st 3 years of joining The company is evolving * Ibs with a DOT * with tie to without tie to casual * From a company who wouldnt give WFH to who would not open office since it is cheaper

      Cons

      * company will give the basic as Bare minimum (the exact value as govt rule). So if you are 10+ in experience, You will mostly loose lot of tax. * Travel industry is down when i left. And i left in good time. Lucky i didn't have to bear the hike the company offered. * The company wants to be financially strong, But little have they done to stop the attrition. * Management thinks it is cheaper to hire new people than trying to give proper hike for existing employee. * Any concern will be heard by the HR team and will pass the ball to respective department, who will say gibberish and will NOT answer your concern. * People who have above 10 years of experience are considered as people who wont jump company * The Company stops giving proper hikes after 3 years of Joining, Especially if you fall into above category

      1. Only for Keralites 2. No professionalism, people joined as fresher and settled and they don't like to work 3. No industry standards 4. You cannot grow as a lateral
