      Bullying and intimidating HR culture in India

      Past 3 years local HR was highly political and used all dirty means to dominate and retaliate the employees: fabricated anonymous hotline complaints were registered by HR against the employees whom they don’t like or the people who are not abiding , pretty much HR themselves investigated those complaints and delivered the judgement to reprimand the people. selective rumours by HR about targetted employees were floated to humiliate them. Nepotism and favoritism for selected few encouraged. By HR bullying , manipulating some Loyal, Long serving and harmless employees were either destroyed or silenced successfully. high level of corruption Is prevalent in recruitment. Few key positions were filled through heavy kickback by all unethical means in the past 3 years. Today very strong toxic culture is prevailing in India thanks to these misconducts.

      Great interiors Encourage leaving office in time Exposure to cross-culture

      Cons

      Old fashioned, autocratic, angry, judgmental and highly revengeful leaders. Fear and politics driven leadership - specially by the senior employees of BBA days- India and Singapore. High community-favoritism based recruitment in Mumbai office. Very little luck with high potential businesses, premier FMCGs of India. High attrition level in past few years across functions and leadership levels. Sales matters, people don't. Crazy workload per person. The best university in the world, for the Divide and Rule policy. Mumbai HR least bothered about people, right work allocation, work life balance etc. No use of wins and results, if one doesn't suck up to leaders. Leaders have no respect for co-leaders, busy shining themselves before management. Send people abroad for a stint of few months after they resign. Life is tougher for achievers here.

      You must be able to bribe your superior to get plum promotion. You must be a rumour monger and 24 *7 gossiper to progress yourself from process engineer to project lead. You should be able to character assasinate and loud moth to be bestperformer.
