      Pros

      No pros. They pay minimal salaries, dont have good projects now, aged and inexperienced people work here. HR are simply playing along with managers, torturing employees is what they do good. Worst company to be at. Managers and delivery heads here are 40s people who just grow kids because technically they are zero. And all they want is to torture the people who actually work. Dont go to HR, sab milke torture milega.

      Worst company to work at. Majority People have left the company.. Its a trap, dont get into this unless you have zero technical and management knowledge. There is no negative point review.. company should get review in negative. Hail to the comapny who bought such poor management and technical team of unefficient people and losers.

      Only Good and supporting team leaders in Interglobe Pune

      Cons

      They fool employee at the time of joining by advertising " unlimited incentives " , If you work with IGT then forget about leaves and salary , Overtime money is also not guaranteed , company just give promotion to employees but not salary hike,very less salary as compared to market , Pune center don't have any powers ,all decisions are taken by Gurgaon team management , treat employees as a donkey , no pick up and drop in day time , let's talk about incentives ,there is very tough criteria to achieve incentives almost impossible hardly 3 to 4 employees get incentives among 300 + employee

      Pros

      Only time flexibility. No pros other than that. Only frustration comes if you go there.

      Cons

      Only your lead can decide what you need to do. Just to save their job they will put your neck in front of sword. People with good experience are also doing politics and nothing else, because they are technically very poor. Don't found a corporate culture, manager can shout right on your seat in front of everyone without any reason. Poor Ethics. HR is just waste there, they listen to you but won't take any action as they afraid of losing their jobs.
